Description

The 2019 Blancpain GT World Challenge America will be the thirtieth season of the United States Auto Club's Blancpain GT World Challenge. It is the first under the Blancpain sponsorship, taking over from the longtime Pirelli sponsorship, as part of a standardization of names of the Stephane Ratel Organization series globally following the series' acquisition by SRO Motorsports Group.It is also the first to use the new series structure of GT/GT4/TC (reduced from eight categories in 2018), with the classes being split into three separate championships.The season is the third under USAC sanctioning, after taking over from the longtime sanctioning body Sports Car Club of America in 2017.
